Excilent situated with very good communications. Quiet location, which was wonderful. Fun and friendly area to stay at. The apartement/kitchen could have been cleaner but was more than ok. The floor was brooken which caused some trubble. We didnt see the staff because we didnt catch them in the morning. The TV was poor because we couldnt watch international news. I missed a radio and a klock. Otherwise was the stay over the top thanks to the big room, nice beds and quietness. It would have been nice if the equipment in the kithen had had more finess! L'alloggio è molto confortevole, dotato di cucina fornita (pentole e piatti bicchieri posate per 2 persone), il bagno fornito (carta igienica e asciugamani), stanza con 2 letti singoli avvicinati, divano e televisore con 40 canali, tra cui bbc e cnn. il complesso residenziale è tranquillo, e il personale è discreto e cortese. la fermata della metro più vicina è samariter a 400 metri circa. Non son posti limiti di orari di rientro, avendo l'accesso all'appartamento tramite un portone e delle scale non si deve disturbare il personale e non si passa dalla reception. mi son trovata molto bene. Good value for money and nice apartment (you feel like at home). The tube station is close and enables to reach the city centre very easily (Mitte). Friedrichshain is a nice suburb with nice bars and restaurants. I was a little bit worried since, when I phoned the "pension" after arriving at the airport (as requested on the confirmation), nobody answered. I was a little nervous about the check-in process since I speak very little German and I didn't think there was going to be a front desk to check in at. Once I got a hold of them on the phone things went great. We just went to their office at the building and picked up our key. The apartment was very nice, clean and modern. It even had a washing machine in the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke enough English to compensate for my poor German. The building is located in what appears to be a student area so there was a little more graffiti here than in other areas of Berlin, but was nice and quiet. We felt very safe there. It's just a short walk to the Samariter-strasse station on the U5 line. Coffee shops, bakeries, a grocery store and great restaurants all within a short walk. Tradurre questo commento del cliente

Excellente Lage, sehr zentral, tolles Stadtviertel,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit und günstige Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft, Frühstück billig und gut im selben Haus. Appartment sehr ruhig, eiziger Nachteil: die Mülltonnen der ganzen Nachbarschaft direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster, sehr unangenehm für Leute, die bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
