L’Apartment Ruheoase Potsdamerplatz 1 étoile est situé en plein cœur de Berlin et peut accueillir jusqu’à 3 personnes. Totalement séparé des autres appartements de l’édifice, il est idéal pour découvrir la ville en toute indépendance. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Néanmoins, le logement se trouve à quelques minutes à pied d’une des places les plus importantes de la ville: Potsdamer Platz. Le quartier est très bien desservi par le réseau de transport en commun de la ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et d’accéder rapidement à la périphérie berlinoise. De plus, il comprend un grand nombre de commerces et de services qui rendent la vie quotidienne très pratique: boulangeries, supermarchés, pharmacies, etc. ... plus de détails >
L’appartement a une surface de 28m2, des hauts plafonds, et est composé d’une chambre-salon comprenant un lit simple et un lit deux places, une table et des chaises, une kitchenette et une jolie petite salle de bains. Il est pourvu de réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, télévision, sèche-cheveux, consigne à bagages, chauffage et parking privé. Des draps et serviettes seront mis à votre disposition pour un supplément de 2,50 euros et vous pourrez bénéficier du service de nettoyage pour un supplément de 20 euros. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans les frais de séjour, mais voyez-y une bonne occasion d’aller découvrir les nombreux cafés du quartier.

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen
und man erreicht das Zentrum in ca.10min.Es ist grosszügig und ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The flat is about 10-15 minutes from the metro station but it is a very pleasant walk in the museums area near Ptsdammer Platz. The owners are very nice and friendly people. I needed two separate beds and Josef immediately provided an extra one, since it wasn't there.

Apartment Oase is near to the Potsdamerplatz and the Culturforum,easily to walk.
There is no breakfast included, but nearby on the Potzdamerstrasse is a nice bakery and there is a supermarket and a first nice place to eat when just arrived.
The apartment was our restingplace, not only after being on the Museuminsel in the late afternoon, but also in the evening after dining in Berlin.
There were several busses and metro's on a walking distance nearby.
Futhermore the people from whom we rented the apartment were friendly and cooperative (there was also enough information about Berlin), and everything was there to have a superb holiday, which we had!
Thank you for that, all the facilities in the advertisement we could use were there for real...

Everything was excellent. Heidi was very accommodating. Both Heidi and Peter made our stay in Berlin extremely memorable and I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely recommend this sight to all of my friends.
