Ricordarsi gli asciugamani, che non sono forniti, e se si intende cucinare aprire le finestre perché la cucina, nel monolocale, è praticamente attaccata ai letti! Bagno pulito, lenzuola pure...purtroppo c'è la moquette sul pavimento che alimenta dubbi, ma in definitiva direi che va bene! Do not expect too much as regards frills, you get what you pay for. The apartment was very basic but served its purpose well. Everything needed was provided at the front desk including kitchen ware and towels. The room was also rather warm despite it being -10 celcius at night and the ensuite bathroom was not what i expected for the price. The apartments are a five minute walk from Potsdamner Platz and there is a lidl opposite Mendelsohn Bartholdy U Bahn stop ten minutes away and another grocery shop down the street. Wir hatten uns die Lage zentraler vorgestellt. Da es hieß "Apartments am Potsdamer Platz" (oder "Hotel am Potsdamer Platz", bin mir nicht mehr sicher), haben wir gedacht, es ist zentraler gelegen. Man musste schon ziemlich lange gehen bis zum Potsdamer Platz bzw. zur nächsten U-Bahnstation. Das Zimmer war wie wir es erwartet haben, der Preis stimmte, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass keinerlei Töpfe/Besteck oder Ähnliches da waren, so dass wir die schöne Küchenzeile nicht benutzen konnten. La posizione è veramente ottima, abbastanza centrale, a metà strada tra la city west e le maggiori attrazioni del centro: noi, ad esempio non abbiamo mai preso i mezzi pubblici, tranne che per andare in aeroporto. Ma, per il resto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è mediocre: poca pulizia, pochissima conoscenza dell'Inglese da parte dei locatori, scarse informazioni, poca disponibilità a soddisfare il cliente (nella nostra stanza non funzionavano i riscaldamenti i primi giorni!!), stanze che hanno veramente poco dell'appartamento.. in realtà è molto più simile ad un ostello. Votre hotel est propre, calme, modeste - c'est tout qu'il faut pour une touriste qui passe toute la journee aux musees, galeries etc. et qui revienne soir a l'hotel juste pour prendre une tasse de the et pour se reposer. The accommodation was centrally located, spacious, comfortable and generally clean. The bathroom was good except that the water drained out of the shower cubicle very slowly. The pillows weren't very good and we would have preferred two pillows each. One night we were kept awake by noise from the nearby Youth Hostel until about 3 or 4 in the morning. And every night there was some disturbance from the young guests in your accommodation, although, that was generally over by midnight. La struttura è ubicata bene, c'è la fermata dell'autobus a pochi passi per raggiungere i vari centri di Berlino nelle diverse direzioni. Bisogna specificare se si ha la necessità che la camera assegnata abbia effettivamente, come indicato nella scheda, la connessione wi-fi, perchè il segnale non è sufficiente a coprire l'intero palazzo. Inoltre , se si prende una camera doppia bisogna specificare che si vogliono i letti separati, perchè ci è stato proposto a me e il mio amico, una camera con un letto a una piazza e mezza (alla francese). Il personale si è adoperato e risolvere i problemi dei due letti separati e della connessione, solo quando abbiamo insistito con determinazione, facendo capire che le due richieste erano assolutamente necessarie, viste le dimensioni del mio amico, 2 metri di altezza, e la necessità per motivi di lavoro di controllare la posta elettronica, anche se l'organizzazione voleva far passare la connessione come un optional. Simple accommodation, ok for a few days. But don't expect too much. Although there is a kitchen corner, there's no cutlery nor pans; you need to bring your own towels. Bydlely jsme v 5. patře, směrem do dvora, bydlení bylo tedy klidné. Pokoj měl i kuchyňský kout, plastová okna. V domě je výtah. Postele byly čisté, koupelna také. S ubytováním jsme tedy byly spokojené. Traduire ce commentaire du client

I really liked staying here and would stay here again. It was only a ten minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and the grocery store, 5 minute walk to the bus, etc. I felt very safe inside the building since you needed a code to get in. The apartments are a bit old, but they were clean. I loved the view of the canal that I had from my room. If I come to Berlin again I would definitely stay here. I will recommend this place to my friends. The only thing I didn't like was having to bring my own towel, but besides that everything was great. Traduire ce commentaire du client

Our room was 'functional' if a little cramped. Clean but tired. Beds were OK, bathroom OK kitchen area/pan/cutlery/etc was a bonus. Plenty of wardrobe space so didn't really need the bedside furniture which occupied non-bedside and valuable floorspace. Bring earplugs if you like fresh air at night. That said, it was secure, 5+ minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz and very good value for money. Check out the bus routes and you could get dropped off at the door! Traduire ce commentaire du client

Respeto al albergue ALETTO no tengo quejas de limpieza ni servicio, pero SI del control. Al llegar al albergue no tenían las habitaciones todavia limpias y me indicaran que dejara las maletas en un cuarto. Me robaron las maletas. No supieron darme explicaciones. No hay ningun tipo de control cuando alguien recoge una maleta. Me dijeron que no era responsabilidad suya (no estoy de acuerdo).Perdí dos maletas en cuyo interior podía haber cosas por valor de 1000 euros: camara fotográfica, libros, ropa, chaqueta, souvenirs de berlin,un colgante de plata, pendientes....).Puesto que fueron ellos quienes me indicaron que dejara allí las maletas y es dentro del recinto del albergue, creo que es responsabilidad del albergue el robo.Si desde la central de reserva se puede hacer algo pido que lo hagan lo más inmediatamente posible (por ejemplo llamar a los grupos de jóvenes que aquel día abandonaron el albergue, tal vez hubo un error).
