"Gästehaus Intervarko", is a friendly, family-run guesthouse in East-Berlin (important: the Last check-in time is at 18:00), located within walking distance of the famous Alexanderplatz in the vibrant district of Prenzlauer Berg. El sitio es limpiio y la zona en la que se ubica está muy bien, con mucha actividad nocturna (terrazas, bares y restaurantes) y diurna (no hay que perderse el mercadillo situado frente a los viejos depósitos de agua). Sin duda, esto es lo mejor del sitio (la ubicación). Los baños están limpios, pero son algo insuficientes (en la planta de arriba, sólo uno para chicos y dos para chicas y sólo dos duchas para unas diez o doce habitaciones). Esto podría ser un problema en épocas de mayor afluencia (como el verano, supongo).

Located a little bit off, but with good tram-connections that will take you to Alexanderplatz in just a few minutes. Clean and friendly place, and a good place to stay if your looking for a cheap place.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Derzeit werden die Gemeinschaftsduschen renoviert, was wirklich nötig ist.

La sistemazione era adeguata alla mia richiesta, soprattutto per via della cifra pagata
