The apartment is very beautiful and spacious with plenty of natural light. There are two bedrooms, each of them equipped with double bed and sofa bed. The larger bedroom can also act as sort of a living room because it has a eating table, chairs, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water boiler, toaster, oven and more. There is a toilet and a bathroom with a large tub.

The apartment si clean,comfortable and enjoys a perfect location at the beginning of the popular shopping boulevard Ku'dammstrasse, 5 min bus from the central zoo station and right at the limit of the green zone.the apartment is therefore reachable by car without the need to buy a green-pass.The parking lies right in front of the door, whereas a bus stop with rides every 5 min and an essential foodstore are 1 min by feet.the accomodation provides a complete and functional set of foniture and supplies.The Administrator demonstrated himself as very polite trustworthy and available.Awesome relationship price/quality..I'd surely come back

comfortable apartment, clean and warm. located in a quiet area. Ideally to move away from berlin by car, being close to the highway, or to move inward berlin by public transport. Lots of different shops and stores along Kurfurstendamm, the main street.
