Hotel Pension Dafna, Berlin

L'alloggio non si trova vicinissimo al centro ma è tra due stazioni della metropolitana quindi i punti d'interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili. La camera (doppia con bagno privato) è di buone dimensioni e ben pulita. L'unica nota negativa è il servizio della reception che è quasi sempre assente e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare le chiavi sotto il tappeto della porta di ingresso!!!!! Goedkope accomodatie in een leuke buurt in Berlijn. Aan de overkant allerlei leuke restaurantjes. Alleen bij aankomst geen personeel aanwezig, we konden ook niet binnenkomen. Hebben 20 minuten moeten wachten voor we in onze kamer konden met een sleutel die verstopt was onder een deurmat! Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk. Translate this guest review

when i arrived at 12.00pm, the room was not ready but he has already given 2 rooms to other people who came earlier thatn me, the owner asked me to come back at 14pm, and he said that he would prepare the room for me... but when i arrived, the reception was already closed and i met the owner when he was walking on the street. I asked him what is happening to my room, why he closed the reception because i left my lugage there to wait for the room prepared.. he just said i am sorry, that there is no room for you.. that's very unprofessional.. he recommended me another hotel that he said that he is also the owner of the hotel and he said that he has called the hotel and provide the room for me.... but he gave me a fake address as after hour and hour i could not find the hotel that he said... when i found the hotel that he mentioned, i asked the staff of the hotel whether they have relation with hotel pension dafna.. they said, they do not have any relation, they do not know the staff or owner of the hotel persion dafna and they have nothing to do with the hotel pension dafna and the owner of the hotel pension dafna had never called them to tell that i would arrive stay in their hotel. it means the owner of pension dafna had told a lie to me. it was my first time to Berlin and the owner of the hotel gave me a very bad impression with his lies and fakes stories. at the end i had to stay in other hotel without reservation and no relation with Berlin30... I would like to get my deposit booking payment to be paid back to me or I have lost the booking deposit that i paid to your website because i never stay in the hotel pension dafna. the owner of this hotel has given me so much trouble on the day i arrive for my vacation in Berlin.. it is not acceptable... I have been working in the hosptality bussiness and the hotel pension dafna has the staff or the owner who is not professional at all... it made very upset because of this trouble because i have booked this hotel via berlin30 long time ago before i arrive to Berlin... but they just said they do not have room for me. if they do not have a room, they should tell me before and do not need to promise me to prepare the room and come back after the room prepared... it feels like a game. all I can recommend, you must stop making cooperation with this hotel otherwise the experience that had happened to me will happen to other people. it is really shit place and shit owner Translate this guest review

Arrivée à l'hôtel à l'heure convenue(fin d'après midi). Nous n'avons trouvé personne à la réception. Aucun numéros ne répondaient. Un numéro était même inexistant!!! Translate this guest review

L'alloggio corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione, pulito semplice ma decoroso. Il bagno era privato ma nel corridoio, non troppo lontano dalla camera. La posizione era ottima, a poche centinaia di metri dalla linea della metropolitana U4 (Victoria-Luise-Platz), e dal famoso centro commercile KA DE WE!! L'unica nota negativa riguarda il personale, a mio parere alquanto assente e un pò "improvvisato". Unterkunft war trotz Online-Buchung nicht reseviert. Wir mussten eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Hotelbesitzer leugnete eine Reservierung erhalten zu haben und ging bei weiteren Anrufen nicht mehr ans Telefon. Translate this guest review

Die Pension ist sehr schlecht organisiert. Frühstück gibt es zu spät (erst ab 9:00). Die Rezeption ist kaum besetzt. Sebbene pulita in generale, la stanza non era del tutto pulita, soprattutto il pavimento del bagno. Uno dei letti aveva le doghe rotte (me ne sono accorto il secondo giorno, con orrore, dopo averci dormito una notte. Il personale, che dire, se l'avessi visto sarei stato più contento (o forse no) ho dovuto inseguire il gestore al telefono per poterlo pagare, senza parlare dell'arrivo rocambolesco - la chiave ci è stata lasciata sotto uno zerbino, ma prima di riuscire a entrare nel palazzo ci sono volute un paio di stralunate telefonate in inglese improbabile. tutto perfetto tranne il personale. siamo arrivati tardi ma avevamo avvisato la struttura e non c'era nessuno. tramite mille peripezie e telefonate siamo riusciti a trovare le chiavi della stanza sotto un tappeto...direi non bella accoglienza soprattutti se si arriva stanchi e di notte!!! La habitación estaba bastante bien para el precio, era grande, lo unico que las camas eran un horror porque se hundian por todos los lados y era moverte un poco y sonar muchisimo. El señor de la recepcion y la de la limpieza no tienen ni idea de ingles, y tubimos algun problema porque al irnos nos dijeron que teniamos que pagar cuando ya habiamos pagado el primer dia. Il personale è abbastanza disponibile. La pensione è situata vicino alla metro e in max 20 minuti si arrirva in centro. La zona è tranquilla, anche la notte. La stanza era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza. Questo non è stato un gran problema visto che era comunque abbastanza vicino alla stanza e inoltre la pensione è piccola e non c'era "traffico" nel corridoio. Location fine, just outside the center, near subway. Staff was not present when we arrived at 18:30 on saturday, we had to call them. Breakfast was late, after 9:00 in the morning. We saw a balcony attached to our room in Dafna, but it appeared it was the hotel's. A lady was standing right behind me on "our" balcony... that was weird. Apart from that it was a bit hard to find (it's located on the opposite of Cucina della mamma) and has no extras, but I really liked the entry. And from Spicharnstrasse U-Bahn (5 mins walk from the hotel) you can get to all U- and S-Bahns. Translate this guest review

Die Fußmatte im Bad ist keine Badezimmermatte sondern eine Haustürmatte. Die Spiegelablage ist nicht richtig befestigt und fällt bei Berührung ins Becken. Ein Handtuch ist zu wenig für drei Tage. When we arrived we were given a room with twin beds and a private bathroom down the hall. We had booked a double bed and en suite, so were we quite disappointed with what we were given. Los recepcionistas no hablan muy bien inglès. Los cuartos del 1 al 4 tienen el cuarto de baño fuera de la habitación. La estación del metro más próxima es victoria luise platz y no la que indican en el site. La localización es muy buena, es muy bonita y tiene todo lo que necesitas cerca.
