These pleasant and bright non-smoking apartments are located on the first and second floor of a typical "Grunderzeit" style Berlin building, similar to Modernist architecture. The apartment on the first floor sleeps 8 people in two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a double sofa bed and the other one with a double bed and a folding bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. The apartment on the second floor sleeps 6 people in a (160 X 220cm) colonial-style double bed in the bedroom and on two sofa beds (140 X 220cm) in the living room. Both apartments come with a living room that receives a lot of natural light and is equipped with a large TV, a DVD player and a stereo. In each case there is also a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a coffee whilst admiring the beautiful urban landscape. The kitchens lead off of the living room and are fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals if you don't feel like eating out at one of the many restaurants in the area. Needless to say, the apartments also feature attractive designer bathrooms with a large mirror, bath tub and hair dryer. Pure luxury in the centre of Berlin!

Una delle vacanze più fantastiche!!
La casa era esattamente quello che ci aspettavamo,a 50 metri dalla fermata metro,vicinissima alla stazione dei treni e in una zona con pubs,ristoranti caratteristici,negozi,mercatini.. casa pulita e confortevole. proprietaria discreta e gentilissima. consigliatissimo!!

Pleasantly furnished, convenient flat in good quiet location with street parking, close to U-bahn with direct access to the centre in 10-15 minutes. No laundry facilities. Kitchen is small with limited equipment if you want to dine in (we chose to run a family come-dine-with-me which was a little challanging for the more ambitious among us), but Berlin has loads of good and good value restaurants.
