The apartment is conveniently located two minutes walk away from the metro which takes you to all corners of Berlin. The Cabaret "Bar Jeder Vernunft" theatre is near by and the Theater des Westens are all close by. The area also offers cinemas, small art galleries, shops of all kinds and restaurants.
Situated in a quiet side street it has an atmosphere where you can easily relax after a long day. There is a room which serves as a bedroom and dining room: there is a double bed and a sofa bed (1.50 metres wide) for two more, as well as a dining table and three chairs. The apartment also has a television and a stereo system. You will also find plenty of reading material as well as sight-seeing information.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a tub, washbasin, toilet and a hairdryer. There also is a private balcony with evening sun and a light for balmy evenings outside.
